Problem

Operators need an offline-capable AI firewall that is alert-first, human-approved, and local—not opaque auto-remediation SaaS.

Architecture and ecosystem fit

Desktop: Sentinel/fnai-sentinel-full. Four agents on FNAI: STIGMA, NEXUS, SHIELD, SHERLOCK. Mesh is an add-on (Soon to public pairing). Mobile APK companion is Soon. Court apps are separate.

How it works

Install → activate (online or offline challenge) → monitor alert-first → approvals (TOTP) → vault / ntfy / evidence. Auto-response planned after mesh pairing. AV/quarantine in progress as labeled on the product page.

Intended uses

Personal through fleet Owner Edition seats; air-gapped activation; investigation with hash-chained evidence; mesh-wide awareness when paired.

Research and ethics

Observe-only honeypots (never hack back). No trackers/keylogger framing.

Security posture (honest)

Ed25519 licenses; short-lived download URLs. Public installers may still be placeholders.

Mesh add-on: $499 once or $15/mo
Commercial free-tier language: Owner Edition + Mesh only — Sentinel Free Edition is discontinued on the site; FRO free path is ParadigmZero free feature mode
Legacy Personal/Pro Stripe lookup_keys may still exist in code for testing—not the headline scheme
